The Event
You are entitled to a complete refund up to 24 hours before the event. On the day of the event, you agree that the online payment is in full and is nonrefundable.
Money back guarantee
If you're unhappy with the event for any reason, we will refund 100% of the paid ticket price. Just catch us after the show and let us know how we can improve.
Privacy
We will not sell or otherwise provide your private, personally identifiable user data to third parties without your permission. Should we engage a third party, you will be notified before the interaction that your data may be shared by taking the action.
Affiliate fees
While we are happy to provide payment for referrals to the event, we cannot guarantee that your affiliate id will be used. Once the user follows your link, the user must make a purchase before their session times out. If the user closes their browser before making a purchase, the affiliate connection may be lost.
